Coach Detlef Kuschka is a specialist for direct, successful and emotional communication. After all, communication is the way in which people communicate verbally and non-verbally. Kuschka started as a newspaper editor, switched to radio, was part of the founding team of FocusTV and can look back on a long career as chief editor and assistant program director at Antenne Bayern.

For more than ten years Kuschka has been a lecturer and others. at the German Journalism School (Munich) and the Academy of Journalism (Hamburg).
