Anyone who cannot answer that is writing words, not impact.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Name the situation clearly \u2013 without drama, without sugarcoating.<\/strong> One precise sentence creates more orientation than three paragraphs of qualifications.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Context beats content.<\/strong> People accept decisions more readily when they understand why they were made: &#8220;We are doing this because \u2026 \/ The risk is \u2026 \/ The benefit is \u2026&#8221;<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Raise the uncomfortable question yourself.<\/strong> What the team is already thinking will surface sooner or later \u2013 better with you in the room than without you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Effective leadership communication is not an innate talent.
