Set guardrails \u2013 but not blinders.<\/strong> Clarify what is non-negotiable. And define just as clearly what remains open. Guardrails provide security. The space in between belongs to the team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Keep experiments small and safe.<\/strong> Whoever connects every attempt with career risk stops trying altogether. Instead, establish manageable test runs: one question, two weeks, one measurable result.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
