Especially in the mid tier, the topic of crisis is often only perceived in an emergency. However, crisis prevention and crisis communication must begin well before a serious event and be regularly adjusted and reviewed.
At the 12th Congress Crisis Communication in Berlin experts of corporate and crisis communication are currently meeting to discuss current strategies of crisis prevention and crisis management and to test them by means of realistic simulation.
